"Pretty happy with the quality"
Overall, I’m really pleased with it. The print quality looks good and clear, and everything came out nicely. A few pages did feel a little thinner than I expected, but it’s still a solid product and I’d say it’s worth getting.

"Order was correct and support came through"
My order arrived exactly as I placed it, which I really appreciated. There was a small shipping hiccup, but I reached out to support and they handled it quickly and professionally. "Packed Well and Arrived in Good Shape"
My order from zno.com showed up really nicely packed. The box felt sturdy, and there was enough protection around the corners that everything inside looked clean with no bends or scratches when I opened it.
The only small issue was that the outer box had a little dent, probably from shipping, but thankfully the product itself was totally fine. I’d say it’s a solid option if you’re hoping your order will be protected well in transit.

The prints came out sharp, and the colors were mostly true to what I saw on my screen. One photo turned out a little darker than I expected, but overall I’m happy with the results. it’s refreshing when a print service delivers what they say they will instead of making big promises they can’t back up

"Nice albums, but a few little flaws"
The album and photo book do look really nice overall, and the pages feel sturdy. I’m a bit mentally drained lately, so I was hoping everything would just be perfect right out of the box. The craftsmanship is decent, but I did notice a small glue mark and one corner wasn’t finished as cleanly as I expected. It’s not bad for the price, but I was hoping for just a little better
